Alwaysthing (“Alwaysthing”, “we”, “us”, “our”) is a multi-category blog platform operated by U1 Technologies Private Limited, a company incorporated in India, with its registered office at 2st Floor, B-11,Sector 4, Noida, Uttar Pradesh 201301, India. U1 Technologies Private Limited also operates the brands Nextagmedia. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, share and protect personal information when you visit or use alwaysthing.com, our mobile applications, our mobile website and our tracking domain trk.alwaysthing.com (together, the “Services”).This Policy should be read together with our Disclaimer<\/a> and Terms and Conditions<\/a>.<\/p>\r\n

2. Scope and consent<\/b> <\/b><\/h3>\r\n

This Policy applies to everyone who uses the Services, including registered members, guest visitors and people who click a Alwaysthing link to a partner store. Where the law requires your consent, we ask for it at the point of collection, explain the purpose, and let you withdraw it at any time. Where consent is not required, we rely on other lawful grounds, such as providing a service you asked for, complying with the law, or our legitimate interest in preventing fraud. When you sign in through a third-party platform (for example Google or Facebook), the information we receive is covered by this Policy. Information that platform keeps is covered by its own privacy policy. Please do not use technologies that hide your real location (such as a VPN or proxy) to access the Services. They can stop cashback from tracking correctly and may make our fraud checks flag your account.<\/p>\r\n

      Information you choose to give us:<\/strong> profile details such as gender, date of birth, marital status, city and the names of banks whose debit or credit cards you use (to show relevant offers), plus messages, feedback, survey answers and anything you send to our support team. We do not ask for or store full card numbers, PINs or passwords for your bank accounts.<\/p>\r\n

      Information collected automatically:<\/strong> pages and offers you view, clicks, device and browser type, operating system, IP address, referring pages and app usage. We use cookies and similar technologies for this; see section 4 and our Cookie Policy.<\/p>\r\n

      Information from other sources:<\/strong> analytics providers (for example Google Analytics) and partners may give us aggregated or device-level information about how the Services are used.<\/p>\r\n

      4. Affiliate links, our tracking domain and cookies<\/b> <\/b><\/h3>\r\n

      Alwaysthing participates in affiliate marketing programmes, which means we may earn a commission when you click on affiliate links on our website and make a qualifying purchase or complete an eligible action with a partner store. To credit your purchase correctly, links to partner stores pass through our tracking domain trk.alwaysthing.com, which is operated by U1 Technologies Private Limited.<\/p>\r\nWhat happens when you click a link:<\/strong> the tracking domain records the click and immediately sends you to the partner’s page with a standard web redirect. It does not show any content of its own and does not change the page you were shown.<\/div>\r\n

        where a mobile app passes them, mobile advertising identifiers such as the Google Advertising ID (GAID) or Apple Identifier for Advertisers (IDFA).<\/p>\r\n<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n

        Why:<\/strong> to attribute purchases or sign-ups to the right link, calculate commissions, detect fraud and bots, and report performance to partners in aggregated form.<\/p>\r\n

        Click cookie:<\/strong> where enabled for an offer, the tracking domain may set a first-party cookie named ntclk that contains only the random click identifier, so a later purchase can be credited to your click. It lasts for the period set for that offer, up to a maximum of 90 days. Partner stores may also store the click identifier on their own websites for the same purpose.<\/p>\r\n

        Other cookies:<\/strong> alwaysthing.com uses cookies that are needed for the site to work (for example to keep you signed in) and, with your consent where required, analytics cookies.
